The son of a police officer and school social worker, David chose law and his career as a plaintiff's trial attorney to help level the playing field for those who have suffered injustice at the hands of large corporate institutions. David believes our civil court system provides one of the last effective mechanisms for those harmed by corporate greed and irresponsibility to find justice and restitution.

Over the course of his young career, David has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. He focuses on a variety of civil trial matters including personal injury, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and product liability. David is experienced in handling workplace chemical exposure injuries, and helped secure a $3.5 million dollar recovery for a food flavoring industry worker who suffers from an illness known as "popcorn lung" caused by exposure to butter flavoring chemicals. David further handles mass tort cases including pharmaceutical liability cases, and has assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars in settlements for those harmed by dangerous and defective drugs.
