Romanucci to Speak on Confidentiality of Injury Settlements

CHICAGO, Ill. - Antonio M. Romanucci, a partner in the injury firm of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, will speak on the confidentiality issues involved in personal injury settlements at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association's Liens & Settlements Seminar on Saturday, April 5, from 8:45 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. at the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel in Chicago.
In his remarks, Romanucci will discuss whether reaching a confidential settlement with a defendant is advisable, whether it can be avoided, whether it is for or against public policy and whether, in some circumstances, it may be in the best interest of the client.
