Romanucci Installed as First Vice President Of Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans, Named a Super Lawyer ®

Antonio M. Romanucci, a partner at the Chicago injury firm of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, has been elected and installed for a two-year term as first vice president of the Joint Civic Committee of Italian Americans (JCCIA). The JCCIA, an independent non-profit association dedicated to preserving Italian American heritage, serves as a congress for more than 65 Italian American organizations.

In addition, Romanucci was named for the fourth time in five years as one of the top 100 Super Lawyers in Illinois.

Since 1987, Romanucci has practiced solely in civil litigation, concentrating in serious personal injury, wrongful death and workers' compensation. He has successfully tried numerous civil jury trials, and has handled arbitrations and compensation claims on behalf of his clients, obtaining tens of millions of dollars in recoveries.

Romanucci works tirelessly as a member of numerous professional and civic organizations. He is a board member of the American Association for Justice. He founded and served for seven years as board president of the Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse, providing guidance and leadership to help the organization grow. He is also a past president of the Knapp Burn Foundation, The Justinian Society of Lawyers and the Greater Barrington Area Lawyer's Guild. He is extremely active in the Workers Compensation Lawyer's Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
